MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER directing that the 35 motion for attorney fees filed by the Plaintiff, Kandas Dismukes, be and is hereby GRANTED; further ORDERED that Dismukes's 36 motion for compensatory and punitive damages be and is hereby G RANTED; further ORDERED that Defendants Robyn Prickett and J&R Entertainment are liable to the Plaintiff, Kandas Dismukes, for the following sums: (1) $35,000.00 in compensatory damages; (2) $175,000.00 in punitive damages; and (3) $2,590.00 in attorney's fees, plus costs.
