Filing 3 ORDER: This cause comes before the Court on Calvin Moore's 1 Inmate 1983 Complaint. Moore, a pro se prisoner housed in the Ventress Correctional Facility, asks not only for damages but also a preliminary injunction and a temporary restraining order to alleviate prison overcrowding. The Court deals now only with the request for a temporary restraining order. ORDERED that the Motion for Temporary Restraining Order found in Moore's 1 Inmate 1983 Complaint is DENIED.
