(3) Defendants' 8 Motion to Dismiss is granted as to plaintiff's Title VII hostile-work-envi ronment claim and said claim is dismissed. (4) Defendants' 8 Motion to Dismiss is denied as to plaintiff's Title VII wrongful-termination claim and said claim shall proceed forward.
