Filing 19 ORDER: It is the ORDER, JUDGMENT, and DECREE of the court that: 1. The plaintiff's 15 Objections filed on 4/16/2013 to the Recommendations of the Magistrate Judge are overruled; 2. The Recommendations of the Magistrate Judge (Doc. 13 and [14 ]) are adopted; 3. The 3 Motion for Preliminary Injunction filed by the plaintiff is DENIED. 4. Plaintiff's challenges to the constitutionality of his conviction and/or sentence be DISMISSED without prejudice pursuant to the provisions of 28 U .S.C. § 1915(e)(2)(B)(ii) as such claims are not properly before the court at this time. 5.
