JUDGMENT: it is the ORDER, JUDGMENT, and DECREE of the court as follows:(1) The unopposed motion to reverse and remand 16 is granted. (2) The decision of defendant Acting Commissioner of Social Security is reversed and this case is remanded pursuan t to sentence four of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g). It is further ORDERED that all other outstanding motions are denied as moot. It is further ORDERED that costs are taxed against defendant Acting Commissioner of Social Security, for which execution may i ssue. The clerk of the court is DIRECTED to enter this document on the civil docket as a final judgment pursuant to Rule 58 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. This case is closed.
