The Plaintiffs Motion to Strike Doc. 11-2 or, in the Alternative, to Convert Defendants Motion to Dismiss Cigna Corporation from a Motion to Dismiss to a Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. 21 ) is DENIED as further set out in the order.
