OPINION AND ORDER as follows: (1) The 19 Motion for Summary Judgment with respect to Wombles claim that Defendant Forniss acted negligently and with deliberate indifference to his health by failing to supervise or train medical staff be GRANTED in favor of Defendant Forniss as further set out in the opinion and order.
