MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: it is ORDERED that Defendant Corizon Health, L.L.C.'s 54 motion for summary judgment is GRANTED as to the federal claims in Counts I and II. It is further ORDERED that Defendant Kelly Rice's 55 motion for s ummary judgment is GRANTED as to the federal claims in Counts I and II.
