MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER directing the following: (1) the plf's 7 MOTION to Remand is DENIED; (2) the def's 6 alternative motion to transfer is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part; the motion is GRANTED to the extent this case is transferred to the Northern District of Alabama pursuant to 28 USC 1404(a); the motion is DENIED to the extent it seeks transfer to the Central District of California; (3) the motions to dismiss ( 6 and 25 ) shall be held in abeyance pending transfer to the Northern District of Alabama; (4) the clerk is directed to take the steps ncessary to effectuate the transfer.
