JUDGMENT: Pursuant to the stipulation of dismissal (doc. no. 15 ), which does not comply with FRCP 41(a)(1)(A)(ii) because it has not been signed by all parties that have appeared, but which the court construes as a motion for voluntary dismissal pursuant to FRCP 41(a)(2), it is the ORDER, JUDGMENT, and DECREE of the court that the motion is granted, defendant John Perryman is dismissed with prejudice and terminated as a party, with costs taxed as paid. All claims against all other defendant s remain. The clerk of the court is DIRECTED to enter this document on the civil docket as a final judgment pursuant to FRCP 58. This case is not closed.
