ORDER ON MOTION: Upon consideration of the document filed by the plaintiff on September 18, 2018 (Doc. #4 ), which the court construes as a motion for order directing the account clerk at Staton Correctional Facility to remit payment of the $350.00 file fee, it is ORDERED that: 1. This motion be and is hereby GRANTED to the extent addressed in this order. 2. The plaintiff be GRANTED an extension to and including October 2, 2018 to file the requisite filing fee. 3. On or before October 2, 2018, the inmate account clerk at Staton shall file with this court the $350.00 filing fee assessed in this case per the requests submitted to him/her by the plaintiff or provide a response as to why such action cannot be undertaken in this case. The Clerk is hereby DIRECTED to provide a copy of this order to the inmate account clerk at Staton and to the Interim General Counsel for the Alabama Department of Corrections.
