ORDER: On 10/1/2018, Plaintiff submitted a complaint. Although this document was accepted for filing, Plaintiff failed to sign his complaint. Plaintiff is advised that, pursuant to Rule 11, Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, every pleading, motion, and other paper filed with the court must be signed by the party filing such pleading, motion, or other paper or signed by said party's attorney of record. As Plaintiff is proceeding pro se in this matter, he is responsible for signing every pleading, motion, and/or other paper he wishes to file with the court. Accordingly, the Clerk is DIRECTED to return the signature page of the complaint (Doc. #1 at 4) to Plaintiff and retain a copy of this page for the court file. Accordingly, it is ORDERED that on or before 10/18/2018, Plaintiff should sign the signature page of his complaint which is being returned to him and re-file this page with the court. Plaintiff is advised that if he wants this court to consider his complaint, he must comply with this order. Plaintiff is cautioned that his failure to comply with the directives of this order will result in a Recommendation that his complaint be dismissed without prejudice.
