Filing 9 ORDER: On 12/19/2018, Plaintiff submitted for filing a request for additional time to submit the initial partial filing fee as directed by order of 11/7/2018, and extended by order of 12/6/2018. Docs. #4 , #7 . Although this document was accepted for filing, Plaintiff failed to sign it. Plaintiff is advised that, pursuant to Rule 11, FRCP, every pleading, motion, and other paper filed with the court must be signed by the party filing such pleading, motion, or other paper or signed by said party's attorney of record. As Plaintiff is proceeding pro se in this matter, he is responsible for signing every pleading, motion, and/or other paper he wishes to file with the court. Accordingly, it is ORDERED that on or before 1/4/2019, Plaintiff should sign and re-file with the court Page 2 of Document Number #8 which is being returned to him. Plaintiff is advised that if he wants this court to consider this document, he should sign the page being returned to him for signature and re-file it with the court. Plaintiff is cautioned that if he fails to pay the initial partial filing fee in compliance with the orders of the court the Magistrate Judge will recommend this case be dismissed and such dismissal will not be reconsidered unless exceptional circumstances exist.
