Filing 5 ORDER ON MOTION: The court construes document #4 to contain a motion to vacate collection of the filing fee in this case; Upon consideration of the motion to vacate collection of the filing fee and under the circumstances of this case, it is ORDERED that: 1) This motion be and is hereby GRANTED to the extent addressed in this order; 2) The #3 order be and is hereby VACATED to the extent it provides those persons having custody of the plf with authority to withhold funds from the plf's inmate account for payment of the filing fee in this case; 3) No funds be collected from the plf for purposes of payment of any portion of the filing fee attendant to this case; 4) Correctional officials shall not deduct or transmit funds from the plf's prison account for purposes of payment of the filing fee in this case; DIRECTING the Clerk to not accept any payments from correctional officials or the plf with respect to payment of the filing fee associated with this case; further DIRECTING to provide a copy of this order to the inmate account clerk at the Bullock Correctional Facility.
