ORDERED that the plaintiff is GRANTED an extension from June 18, 2020 to and including July 2, 2020 to file a prison account statement from the inmate account clerk at Ventress Correctional Facility showing the average monthly balance in his prison account for the 6-month period immediately preceding the filing of this complaint and the average monthly deposits to plaintiff's account during the past six months as required by the order entered on May 29, 2020 (Doc. #3 ). The plaintiff is cautioned that if he fails to comply with the directives of the orders entered in this case the Magistrate Judge will recommend that this case be dismissed for such failure. In addition, the plaintiff's continued refusal to accept mail from the court will likewise result in the dismissal of this court because under such circumstances this case cannot properly proceed before the court.
