The order entered on July 31, 2020 (Doc. #3 ) be and is hereby VACATED to the extent it requires the plaintiff to submit payment of the $350.00 filing fee in this case. 3. No funds be collected from the plaintiff for purposes of payment of any portion of the filing fee attendant to this case. 4. Correctional officials shall not deduct or transmit any funds from the plaintiff's prison account for purposes of payment of the filing fee in this case.
