January 14, 2021 Opinion or Order Filing 7 ORDER: Plaintiff has filed a Motion for Leave to Proceed in Forma Pauperis. Doc. #2 . Based on Plaintiff's declaration made under oath, it appears that Plaintiff is unable to pay the filing fee in this action. Accordingly, it is ORDERED that Plaintiff is unable to pay the filing fee in this action. Accordingly, it is ORDERED that Plaintiff's motion is GRANTED. Plaintiff also filed a Declaration to Participate in the Pro Se Assistance Program ("PSAP"). Doc #3 . After reviewing Plaintiff's Complain, the Court concludes that a referral to PSAP is not warranted. The purpose of PSAP is to obtain assistance drafting a complaint that is understandable to the Court. In this case, the Court understand Plaintiff's allegations, so a referral to PSAP is unnecessary. Accordingly, Plaintiff's request to be referred to PSAP is DENIED. The Clerk is directed to STAY service of process so the Court may conduct its obligatory review of the Complaint pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(e). Signed by Honorable Judge Kelly F. Pate on 1/14/2021.
