Filing 7 ORDER: On 10/27/2021, Plaintiff filed a response to the Order of 10/12/2021, that he submit an inmate account statement reflecting the average monthly balance in his account and the average monthly deposits to his account for the 6-month period immediately preceding the filing of the instant Complaint. Review of the Plaintiff's October 27 response reflects it again fails to comply with the orders of the Court requesting information regarding his inmate account. The Court shall grant Plaintiff one more opportunity to submit the appropriate information or the undersigned will recommend dismissal of this case for Plaintiff's failures to comply with the orders of the Court. Accordingly, it is ORDERED that: 1. By 11/12/2021, Plaintiff must submit an inmate account statement reflecting the average monthly balance in his prison account and the average monthly deposits to his account for the 6-month period immediately preceding the filing of the instant Complaint. 2. This document fails to comply the Court's September 16 Order requesting information regarding Plaintiff's inmate account. Plaintiff shall, therefore, be granted additional time to comply with the Court's 9/16/2021, Order. It is ORDERED that: 1. On or before 10/26/2021, Plaintiff shall submit an inmate account statement as further set out in the order; and 2.
