Filing 4 ORDER: Before the Court is pro se Plaintiff Peter J. Smith's Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis. Mot. (Doc. #2 ). In the Motion, Plaintiff indicates that he has attached a sworn affidavit in support of the motion, but no such affidavit appears on the docket. Accordingly, it is ORDERED that, on or before 1/31/2023, Plaintiff shall supplement his motion with his financial affidavit, filed under penalty of perjury. The Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to provide Plaintiff with the long-form financial affidavit. In the alternative of filing the long-form financial affidavit, Plaintiff may remit the filing fee to the Court in full on or before 1/31/2023. Plaintiff is warned that, should he fail to comply with this order or pay the requisite filing fee by 1/31/2023, the undersigned will recommend that his complaint be dismissed for failure to prosecute and abide by orders of the Court.
