February 10, 2023 Opinion or Order Filing 3 ORDER: it is hereby ORDERED that on or before 02/27/2023, Plaintiff must submit an inmate account statement reflecting the average monthly balance in his account and the average monthly deposits to his account for the six-month period immediately preceding the filing of the Complaint. To aid Plaintiff in complying with this Order, the Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to provide a copy of this Order to the inmate account clerk at the facility where Plaintiff is incarcerated. It is further ORDERED that Plaintiff must immediately inform the court and Defendants (or Defendants' counsel) of any change in his address, i.e., if he is transferred to a new facility or released from confinement.
