September 1, 2023 Opinion or Order Filing 5 ORDER: The court finds that Plaintiff has not submitted any information regarding his inmate account. Accordingly, and consistent with 28 U.S.C. 1915(b)(1), it is hereby ORDERED that on or before 9/18/2023, Plaintiff must submit an inmate account statement reflecting the average monthly balance in his account and the average monthly deposits to his account for the six-month period immediately preceding the filing of the Complaint. To aid Plaintiff in complying with this Order, the Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to provide a copy of this Order to the inmate account clerk at the facility where Plaintiff is incarcerated. Although a copy of this Order will be provided to the inmate account clerk, Plaintiff is expressly cautioned that it is his responsibility to obtain the necessary financial information and that his failure to comply with this Order will result in a Recommendation that the case be dismissed.
