ORDER: Plaintiff, an inmate at the Montgomery County Detention Facility, filed this 42 U.S.C. 1983 action. Although Plaintiff filed an application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis (Doc. No. #2 ), he did not submit the required documentation from the detention facility's inmate account clerk showing his average monthly balance in and average monthly deposits to his inmate account over the requisite six-month period. Thus, the Court cannot ascertain whether he should be permitted to proceed without prepayment of filing fees. Accordingly, it is ORDERED that, on or before 10/17/2023, Plaintiff must file a prison account statement from the inmate account clerk as further set out in the order. To aid Plaintiff in complying with this Order, the Clerk is DIRECTED to provide a copy of this Order to the inmate account clerk at the facility where Plaintiff is detained.
