ORDER: The materials submitted by Plaintiff (Doc. #3 ) do not include his inmate account statement reflecting the monthly deposits to his inmate account during the six-month period preceding the filing of his complaint. Therefore, Plaintiff will be granted additional time to provide the Court with his inmate account statement reflecting the monthly deposits to his inmate account so the Court may determine if he qualifies to proceed in forma pauperis. Accordingly, it is ORDERED that Plaintiff is granted an extension to and including 1/19/2024, to submit an inmate account statement reflecting the average monthly balance in his inmate account and the average monthly deposits to his account for the six-month period immediately preceding the filing of the complaint. To aid Plaintiff in complying with this order, the Clerk is DIRECTED to provide a copy of this order to the inmate account clerk at the facility where Plaintiff is detained.
