ORDER: Plaintiff file a pro se complaint under 42 U.S.C. 1983 (Doc. #1 ) accompanied by a motion to proceed in forma pauperis (Doc. #2 ). But Plaintiff did not provide the Court with his inmate account information, which the Court needs to determine if he should be allowed to proceed in forma pauperis. Therefore, Plaintiff will be granted additional time to provide the Court with his inmate account information. Accordingly, it is ORDERED that by 2/16/2024, Plaintiff must submit an inmate account statement from Kilby CF as further set out in the order. To aid Plaintiff in complying with this order, the Clerk is DIRECTED to provide a copy of this order to the inmate account clerk at the facility where Plaintiff is detained.
