Because Prine is now suspended from practicing law in this Court, the Clerk of the Court is DIRECTED to terminate Prine as counsel of record for Plaintiff J&J Sports Productions, Inc. It is further ORDERED that Plaintiff has until May 18, 2011, to cause new counsel to file a Notice of Appearance in this matter. The Clerk fo the Court is DI RECTED to provide service of this Order on Prine and on Plaintiff J&J Sports Productions, Inc., at its last known address (2380 South Bascom Avenue, Suite 200, Campbell, California, 95008, by certified mail (return receipt requested). Signed by Hon. Chief Judge Mark E. Fuller on 5/5/2011. Copy mailed CMRRR to Prine and Plaintiff as directed. (dmn)
