Filing 14 OPINION AND ORDER it is ORDERED as follows: (1) Plaintiff Jane Lewis's 9 motion to remand is denied. (2) Defendants Blue Cross Blue Shield of Georgia (d/b/a Greater Georgia Life Insurance Company) and ESG Operations, Inc.'s 3 motion to dismiss is granted to the extent that plaintiff Lewis has 14 days from this date to file an amended complaint that sets forth the claim under ERISA.
