The Partial Motion to Dismiss (Doc. # 6 ) is ORDERED GRANTED as to claims for violation of the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA) (Count Two) and violation of the Fair Housing Act (FHA) (Count Four) and those claims are dismissed without prejudice. The Plaintiff is given until July 17, 2015 to file a new, Amended Complaint which is complete unto itself in accordance with M.D. Ala. Local Rule 15.1, as further set out in order.
