MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER: Pursuant to the findings and conclusions detailed in this Memorandum Opinion, the Court ORDERS the following: (1) The Plaintiffs alternative motion to sever (Doc. 29 ) and motion to transfer venue (Docs. 20 , 29 ) are GRANTED. (2) The Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to sever Defendant Howard Hughes Medical Institute into a separate civil case. All documents shall be copied to the new civil case. (3) Defendants' motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdicti on (Doc. 12) is DENIED as moot. (4) Defendants' motion to dismiss for failure to state a claim (Doc. 12 ) remains pending for the transfer courts.
