OPINION AND ORDER: It is ORDERED that the defendant shall, on or before 11/16/2018, submit an affidavit curing its allegation of diversity of citizenship by correctly stating its citizenship at the time of removal. It is further ORDERED that the defendant is GRANTED LEAVE to conduct jurisdictional discovery limited to the amount-in-controversy requirement. The defendant shall have until 12/5/2018 to conduct said discovery, if it so desires. Furthermore, the plaintiff's motion to remand is hereby DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE to refiling after said discovery has been conducted and defendant's corrected affidavit has been filed.
