ORDER: This matter is before the court on plaintiffs motion to proceed in forma pauperis, or in the alternative, to approve a tolling agreement. Doc. #2 . Also before the court is plaintiffs motion to dismiss her action against defendant. Doc. #4 . Upon consideration, it is hereby ORDERED that plaintiffs motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis, see Doc. #2 , is GRANTED. The alternative motion is DENIED as MOOT. See id. It is further ORDERED that the Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to reassign this case to a district judge, as the undersigned cannot rule on the motion to dismiss absent consent of all parties. It is further ORDERED that service of the complaint on the defendant is STAYED pending the courts review of the plaintiffs motion to dismiss her case.
