October 2, 2018 Opinion or Order Filing 5 ORDER: Accordingly, it is ORDERED that the Application for an Order to Show Cause (Doc. #1 ) is GRANTED as set forth below. It is further ORDERED that: 1. The EEOC shall serve Joon, LLC with a copy of this Order, along with the EEOC's Application and Memorandum in Support, on or before October 16, 2018, and file a proof of service in compliance with Rule 4 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure; 2. Joon, LLC shall serve its response to the EEOCs administrative subpoena on the EEOC no later than October 30, 2018; 3. The EEOC shall file a Notice with the court on or before November 13, 2018 informing the court whether Joon, LLC complied in full with the subpoena, and, if it did not, describing specifically any disputes remaining for the courts determination; 4. In the event disputes remain, the parties shall appear in this matter at the Frank M. Johnson, Jr. United States Courthouse Complex, One Church Street, Montgomery, Alabama on November 27, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. and at that time Joon, LLC shall show cause as to why it should not be compelled to comply with the subpoena issued to it.
