ORDER: Upon review of the above-captioned complaint in which Plaintiff alleges Defendants subjected him to excessive force at the Lee County Detention Center on 3/2/2020, and for good cause, it is ORDERED that on or before 12/16/2020, the Warden/Commander of the Lee County Detention Center shall determine if any video recording of the alleged incident is available and, if such recording is available, ensure preservation of the recording for submission to this court. It is further ORDERED that on or before 12/23/2020, the Warden/Commander of the Lee County Detention Center shall file a notice with this court advising of the results of the inquiry addressed in this order. The Clerk is DIRECTED to furnish the Warden/Commander of the Lee County Detention Center and Joshua Willis, Webb & Ely, P.C., 7475 Halycon Pointed Drive, Montgomery, AL with a copy of this order.
