ORDER: it is ORDERED as follows: 1. Hardnett v. Kelly, et al., Case No. 3:23-CV-41-MHT-KFP and Hardnett v. Nicols, Case No. 3:23-CV-216-MHT-KFP are CONSOLIDATED for all further proceedings; 2. After entry of this Order, all pleadings, motions, reports, exhibits, briefs, orders, and other documents submitted in the consolidated cases will be filed only in Hardnett v. Kelly, et al., Case No. 3:23-CV-41-MHT-KFP; 3. Hardnett v. Kelly, et al., Case No. 3:23-CV-41-MHT-KFP is DESIGNATED as the LEAD case; 4. Due to the above consolidation of these cases, the filing fee will be collected only in Hardnett v.
