January 5, 2024 Opinion or Order Filing 3 ORDER: Plaintiff, an inmate at the Tallapoosa County Jail, brings this action under 42 U.S.C. 1983. Doc. #1 . Although he has submitted a motion for leave to proceed in forma pauperis (Doc. #2 ), he has not provided the Court with his inmate account statement. Plaintiff will be granted additional time to provide the Court with his inmate account statement so the Court may determine if he qualifies to proceed IFP. Accordingly, it is ORDERED that by 1/19/2024, Plaintiff must submit an inmate account statement from his place of incarceration reflecting the average monthly balance in his inmate account and the average monthly deposits to his account for the 6-month period immediately preceding the filing of the complaint. To aid Plaintiff in complying with this order, the Clerk is DIRECTED to provide a copy of the order to the inmate account clerk at the facility where Plaintiff is incarcerated.
