ORDER: Before the Court is Plaintiff's #7 Amended Complaint, filed in response to the Court's #6 Order of 1/23/2024, identifying deficiencies in the original Complaint and allowing Plaintiff an opportunity to amend. The Court's Order contained specific instructions for filing an amended complaint as further set out in the order. Despite those instructions, Plaintiff attached to the 1983 form an 18-page handwritten document resembling the form and structure of the original Complaint and once again presenting a narrative format of imprecise, vague, unsupported, and speculative factual allegations and legal conclusions. Thus, like the original Complaint, the Amended Complaint contains pleading deficiencies that have compromised the Courts ability to screen it efficiently and effectively. See FRCP 8(a)(2) (stating that a pleading must contain "a short and plain statement of the claim showing that the pleader is entitled torelief"). Accordingly, it is ORDERED as follows: By 2/26/2024, Plaintiff must file a second amended complaint that cures the deficiencies identified in this Order as further set out in the order. Plaintiff must file the second amended complaint on the Court's 1983 form, which he must fill out completely. The second amended complaint will supersede all previous complaints. Thus, this case will proceed only against the defendants and claims in the second amended complaint. The Clerk is DIRECTED to send Plaintiff another copy of the prisoner 1983 form with this Order.
