ORDER: Plaintiff, proceeding pro se, filed this 42 U.S.C. 1983 action. (Doc. No. #1 .) At the time of filing, Plaintiff did not pay the filing and administrative fees, nor did he file an application for leave to proceed IFP. /Accordingly, it is ORDERED that, on or before 3/6/2024, Plaintiff must either pay the $350.00 filing fee and $55.00 administrative fee or file an application for leave to proceed in forma pauperis with a prison account statement from the inmate account clerk as further set out in the order.
