Accordingly, the Clerk is DIRECTED to remove the complaint filed as case number 4:19-cv-00251-LSC- TMP and filing the same as an amended complaint in case number 4:18-cv-02064- KOB-HNJ. The Clerk is further DIRECTED to file a copy of this order in each of the above-referenced cases and then administratively close case number 4:19-cv-00251-LSC-TMP.
