Filing 32 MEMORANDUM OPINION - Accordingly, the Court overrules Ms. Anderson's objections to the magistrate judge's report. The Court adopts the report and accepts the magistrate judge's recommendation. Ms. Anderson's request for habeas rel ief is without merit. By separate order, the Court will dismiss this habeas action. Because the petition does not present issues that are debatable among reasonable jurists, the Court will not issue a certificate of appealability. See 28 U.S.C. § ; 2253(c); Slack v. McDaniel, 529 U.S. 473, 484-85 (2000); Rule 11(a), Rules Governing § 2254 Proceedings. Ms. Anderson must request a certificate from the Eleventh Circuit if she wishes to appeal. Signed by Judge Madeline Hughes Haikala on 2/5/2021. (KEK) |
