But because Mr. Crittenden's complaint is subject to dismissal under 28 U.S.C. 1915(e), the court DENIES WITHOUT PREJUDICE his request for appointment of counsel #2 . As for Mr. Crittenden's complaint, the court will give Mr. Crittenden an opportunity to file an amended complaint that corrects the deficiencies identified in this order on or before September 14, 2022. The court DIRECTS the Clerk to mail a copy of this order and a blank copy of the court's pro se general complaint form to Mr. Crittenden at his address of record.
