ORDER - Before the Court is Plaintiff's Motion for Reconsideration (Doc. #4 ) regarding this Court's previous Order dismissing Plaintiff's action without prejudice (Doc. #3 ). Upon further review of the Court's previous decision and the Plaintiff's motion, the Court remains convinced that dismissing this action was the proper decision.
