ORDER OF DISMISSAL The magistrate judge entered a report on October 2, 2023, recommending this action be dismissed without prejudice pursuant to the three strikes provision of 28 U.S.C. 1915(g). (Doc. 4). Plaintiff Gavin Howard has not filed any objections to the report and recommendation. Mr. Howard's failure to file specific objections waives any challenge to the proposed findings and recommendation. See 28 U.S.C. 636(b)(1); 11th Cir. R. 3-1. In the light of the proposed findings, the court agrees with the recommendation. The court therefore ADOPTS the report and ACCEPTS the recommendation. The court DISMISSES this action WITHOUT PREJUDICE pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1915(g). Mr. Howard may initiate a new civil rights action by completing and filing a new civil rights complaint form and paying the filing and administrative fees of $402.00. For information regarding the cost of appeal, see the attached notice. The Clerk is DIRECTED to serve a copy of this order and a 1983 complaint form on the plaintiff.
