ORDER stating the Court concludes that the facts and law admit of onlyone reasonable conclusion as to whether the SISCO I is a vessel for Jones Act purposes and whether Baucom is a seaman for Jones Act purposes with respect to his claims against Pinnacle/Sisco. Plaintiff's request for sanctions, including attorneys fees and costs incurred in connection with the trial briefing process, is DENIED. Signed by Judge William H. Steele on 2/1/08.
