The motion fails to comply with Rule 8, Fed.R.Civ.P. and Local Rule 15. His claim against the AEA seems to be that the organization failed to represent him properly in the termination proceedings before the Mobile County Board of Education. He has not, however, established any standing to pursue an action against the AEA nor identified the character of his claim or made a demand for relief.
