ORDER granting 16 Motion for Summary Judgment in favor of defendant Weyerhaeuser and against the plaintiffs. Plaintiffs concede in their response to summary judgment that defendant Al Harris should be dismissed; it is ORDERED that defendant Al Harris is DISMISSED.
