Filing 30 ORDER: IT IS ORDERED that Magistrate Judge Bade's R&R (Doc. 15 ) is accepted and adopted as the order of this Court. Petitioner's Objections (Doc. 16 ) are overruled. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus pur suant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254 (Doc. 1 ) is denied and dismissed with prejudice. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that pursuant to Rule 11(a) of the Rules Governing Section 2254 Cases, a Certificate of Appealability and leave to proceed in forma pauperis on a ppeal are denied because dismissal of the Petition is justified because reasonable jurists would not find the assessment of the constitutional claims debatable or wrong. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Motion for Case Status (Doc. 26 ) and the Motio n for Inquiry and Status of the Case (Doc. 29 ) are denied as moot.
