ORDER: Plaintiff has filed a "Notice of Voluntary Dismissal and Motion to Remand." (Doc. #6 .) The Court notes that these appear to be contradictory outcomes if this action is dismissed, there will be nothing to remand. The Court further notes that the January 29, 2021 order prohibits Plaintiff from filing any motions at this time. (Doc. #5 .) Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that the motion to remand (Doc. #6 ) is denied. If Plaintiff wishes to voluntarily dismiss this action, he may file another notice to that effect.
