ORDER granting in part and denying in part 7 Motion to Dismiss. The claims asserted against Defendants United States Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Prisons, Director of the Federal Bureau of Prisons, TucsonFederal Correction Complex, and Warden Craig Apker are dismissed. Themotion to dismiss otherwise is denied. Plaintiff shall have until May 4, 2012 to complete service of process. No further extensions will be granted absent a showing of good cause.
