ORDER FOR PAYMENT OF INMATE FILING FEE: IT IS ORDERED The Warden of the United States Penitentiary-Tucson or designee must forward to the Clerk of Court the initial partial filing fee of $116.56. Warden of the United States Penitentiary-Tucson or designee must notify the Clerk of Court in writing when Plaintiff is released or transferred to a correctional institution other than the United States Penitentiary-Tucson. Clerk must serve by mail a copy of this Order on the Warden of the United States Penitentiary-Tucson, US Penitentiary, 9300 South Wilmot Road, Tucson, Arizona 85706, and forward a copy of this Order to Financial Administration for the Tucson Division of the United States District Court for the District of Arizona.
