Gutierrez against defendants Does, James Lane, Luv Moves, Daniel Quinn, Right Ascension Inc, Smash Pictures Inc, Stuart Wall:NOW, THEREFORE, THE COURT HEREBY ORDERS, ADJUDGES AND DECREES THA T: Pursuant to Rule 65 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Defendants, their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, together with their respective officers, directors, principals, owners, partners, shareholders, agents, serva nts, employees, representatives, successors, assigns, licensees, transferees, attorneys, and all persons in privity with Defendants or with any of the foregoing, or acting in concert or participation with them, or at their direction, or within the ir control: Shall be permanently enjoined and restrained from directly or indirectly infringing in any manner the exclusive rights under Section 106 of the Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 106, that the Plaintiffs, respectively, own or control with respect to the Fifty Shades Trilogy, including without limitation by engaging in any of the following: (see document for further details).
