King: (SEE DOCUMENT FOR FURTHER DETAILS); Defendants appear to have failed to meet their heavy burden of showing that Plaintiff could not possibly recover on her defamation claim against Leu. It therefore appears that Leu was notfraudulently joined in this action, and should not be disregarded for the purposes of determining whether complete diversity exists.In light of the foregoing, Defendants are ORDERED to show cause, in writing, within 14 days hereof, why this matter should not be remanded for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. Failure to timely and adequately show cause as required herein shall be deemed Defendants admission that this courtlacks subject matter jurisdiction.
